Delivery

All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorization of your payment. They will be shipped within two to four weeks following payment, and you will receive a confirmation by email.

All items are gift wrapped in beautiful Joanna Plakidou packaging, and delivered using courier services with recorded ¨signed for” receipt. Tracking numbers will be provided once the order has been fulfilled. Average delivery time is 5 to 15 working days depending on country of destination.

In case of customized and/or urgent orders, please contact info@joannaplakidou.com in advance, in order to discuss all the details in accordance to your requirements.

Price & Payment

All prices are in euro (€) and include VAT, where applicable. We accept most major credit and debit cards through our secure payment servert. No credit card details are stored on our database. For domestic orders inside Hellas we also accept payment on receipt of goods (Αντικαταβολή) with an extra charge of 3,00€.

Domestic delivery to addresses anywhere inside Hellas costs 4,00€ for shipment with courier companies. International delivery costs 15,00€ for shipment to Cyprus, 25,00€ for shipment to countries inside the EU and 35,00€ for the rest of the world. Orders over 300,00€ are shipped free of charge.

Customs fees for international orders, if any, are payable by the customer at the time of delivery.

Return Policy

Since all the designs are handmade to order in our atelier, we accept limited returns and exchanges. Additionally we take the best care to send you the ordered goods thoroughly inspected and quality controlled in order to exceed your expectations.

If by any chance you wish to return or exchange an item, please send an e-mail to info@joannaplakidou.com within forteen days of receipt. The item should be returned, under your responsibility, within further forteen days after your request, unused, unworn, and in the same condition as sent, in its original packaging and with its label. After the inspection of the item, within seven days, we will be able to issue a refund for the net amount you paid excluding the shipping cost. Alternatively, if you prefer, we will be happy to send you another item of the same or less price without extra shipment charges.

Customized items, as well as, items on offer, are excluded from the above procedure. Please inquire with any questions prior to purchase.
